How to Find Us in Chapel View

  • For your visit to the Chiropractic Health Institute, please feel free to park in any available space near REI or TJ Maxx.

  • After parking, head toward the entrance at 30 Chapel View Blvd. Our office's main entrance is conveniently located between REI and TJ Maxx.

  • Once inside, look for the elevator and take it to the 2nd floor.

  • When you exit the elevator on the 2nd floor, turn right, and then right again. (You will see signs directing you to Suite 200; please follow these.)

  • The Chiropractic Health Institute is the last door on your right, at the end of the hallway.
