Getting started at Chiropractic Health Institute is simple. Just three short steps.
New patients are seen Monday through Thursday. We're an appointment-only office, so book online or give us a call at (401) 561-4515 to get your visit on the calendar before you start the steps below.
One quick note before you begin: If you have insurance, we accept it and are in-network with all Rhode Island insurance plans. If you don't have insurance or prefer not to use it, office visits are $50.
Your 3 steps to getting started
Step 1. Schedule your visit. Book online or call (401) 561-4515 and speak with our chiropractic assistant. We'll get you on the calendar and send you a link to complete your new patient paperwork online before your visit.
Step 2. Watch your orientation video. Every new patient watches a short 10-minute video before their first visit. It's the one piece of the process we ask everyone to complete, no exceptions.
Step 3. Come in for your first visit. Your first visit includes time to talk with Dr. DeCubellis, an exam, and, in most cases, your first chiropractic adjustment that same day.

What if I can't make it Monday through Thursday?
Those are the days we see new patients, so book online or call (401) 561-4515 and we'll find a time that works within that window.
Can I just walk in?
No. We're an appointment-only office. Book online or call ahead and we'll get you scheduled.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes. We accept insurance and are in-network with all Rhode Island insurance plans. We'll check your benefits and file the claim for you. If you don't want to use insurance, office visits are $50.
What kind of chiropractic care do you offer?
We offer single visits, short-term corrective care, and checkups for patients who want to continue their progress. No unnecessary treatments. No long-term contracts. No monthly memberships. The choice is yours. We’re here to help.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Bring any relevant health information, a photo ID, your insurance card if you're using insurance, and a debit or credit card.
Please finish the paperwork we send you before your visit.
What happens at my first visit?
You'll start by talking with Dr. DeCubellis. If chiropractic is right for you, he'll do an exam. In most cases, you'll receive your first adjustment that same visit.
If at any point during your first visit he finds that chiropractic is not the right care for you, he'll stop there. He'll explain why, point you toward the right doctor when needed, and there will be no charge for the visit.
Where are you located?
We're at 30 Chapel View Blvd., Suite 200, Cranston, RI. Park near REI and TJ Maxx. The entrance is between them. Take the elevator to the second floor.
